Shipping policy

Shipping Policy/Shipping and Handling Costs:

All shipments are F.O.B Shipping Point.

Shipping options are provided on the GDT website and can be selected by the buyer at their discretion.

All shipping, insurance and related charges will be paid by the buyer.

Shipment notification is available when shipping via UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, and Deutche Post if an E-mail address is provided.

No packing fee or handling fee is charged, unless special crating is required.

Delivery dates mentioned in any agreement are approximate and GDT is not liable to buyer for failure to deliver on any particular date or dates.

Purchase orders for items confirmed to be in stock will normally be shipped the same day providing the order is received by 12:00 PM AZ Time. Orders received after 12:00 PM AZ Time will be shipped the following day.

When an item is not in stock, GDT. will provide its best estimate on inbound shipments and production lead-time. When expedited shipping is selected for an out-of-stock item, GDT will ship those items using those expedited services as soon as they arrive in-stock.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

Reports of damaged goods or shortages should be made to GDT within 5 days of receipt of goods. If merchandise is damaged as a result of carrier’s mishandling, all packing material must be retained for inspection by carrier. GDT will respond as quickly as possible to provide support the buyer in filing a carriers claim.
