Terms of service
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Gunther Diamond Tools, USA (GDT) and the consumers who buy our goods. Conflicts or deviations from our terms and conditions are not recognized by us. These terms and Conditions (any quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or statement by Gunther Diamond Tools) are in effect as of January 1, 2015. Terms are subject to change without notice. Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by established trade customs.
Terms of contract:
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
All prices listed on our website constitute a binding offer to purchase goods.

All orders constitute a binding contract between the seller (GDT) and the buyer when seller releases shipment.
Throughout the ordering process, adding one or more products to the shopping cart and/or any personal data and wishes regarding payment method, delivery modalities etc. does not constitute a purchase contract. Only by clicking on the order button do you accept the offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also execute the purchase contracts by phone.
Title to all goods transfers to the buyer at the FOB shipping point.
Receipt of Sale and/or Invoices are automatically emailed to the buyer upon completion of each purchase. This represents the buyer primary record of transaction.
If no invoice is received via email or a duplicate is needed, buyer should notify GDT and a second copy will be issued.
All shipments of purchases will include a packing slip that does not include price information.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, GDT may make delivery in one or more installments with each installment being treated as a separate agreement. Individual items from a single purchase order may be drop shipped from multiple suppliers.
Clerical Errors & Waiver:
GDT is not liable for clerical errors and may be corrected at any time.
GDT is not liable to buyer for loss, damage, detention or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
Production Scheduling and Customer Order Cancellations (Delivery Policy):
GDT attempts to maintains and inventory of standard drill bit and counter part sizes in 1/2mm increments from 1.0mm to 8.0mm (i.e. 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5…).
Purchases of standard diameters will typically ship the same day providing the order is received by 12:00 PM AZ Time. Orders received after 12:00 PM AZ Time will be shipped the following day.
When GDT sells out of standard stock items, it is then considered “backordered”. GDT will notify the buyer of a backordered item within two days of purchase.
The buyer can elect to cancel the purchase of a backordered item within two days of notification from GDT. Notification shall be done via email to GDT. Upon receiving written notification GDT issue a full cash refund for the backordered item.
Once a refund has been issued for a backordered item, GDT has no obligation to hold any incoming inventory for the buyer of those items.
Other products considered standard stock include: Multidrill Startup Kit, sharpening stone and block, water resistant grease, Pressurized Sprayer Tanks, Grinding Tools, and replacement hose and water connection fitting.
GDT produces all bench drilling machines, including the Gunther Hobby System and the Gunther TBH Pro II System, in response to orders. A production time of two to three is usually required but can sometimes go up to 4 to 5 week for filling and shipping.
GDT produces custom drill bits and counter part size in 1/10mm increments from 0.7mm to 8.0mm (i.e. 1.0, 1.1, 1.2…7.9, 8.0). A production time of four weeks is usually required but can sometimes go up to 5 or 6 week for filling and shipping.
All custom bit order will be submitted to GDT production facility within 3 days of receipt.
Custom bit orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full cash refund. After 24 hours a custom bit order may not be canceled.
On occasion, a GDT shipment of inventory will be delayed by US Customs. GDT is not responsible missed delivery schedule due to delays associated with US Customs clearance.
A minimum cancellation charge of 10% of order value may be applied to any order cancellation occurring forty-eight (48) hours or more following receipt of order.
Payment
The buyer agrees to pay each invoice due according to its terms.
The following are standard terms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout, Amazon Pay, Cash, personal and company checks, Money Order.\
Payment is accepted as follows:
o Checks: Personal and company checks must be drawn on a US bank and payable in US funds. A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
o Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express are accepted credit cards. Please include card number, expiration date, CVV2 code, name on the card, billing address and phone number accompanied with the signature of the cardholder.
International Payment: credit card, PayPal, Google Checkout, Amazon Pay. (See International Orders below).
Any taxes, duties, VAT or tariffs imposed with sale of products which GDT either pays or must collect at any time, shall be added to and paid as part of the purchase price.
All orders shipped to Arizona addresses are charged applicable AZ sales tax rate (currently 8.1%).
International Orders:
All international orders will be process through the GDT website. A confirmation of receipt will be forwarded to buyer within one business day. If a confirmation of sale receipt is not received, buyer should contact GDT via email at kevin@guntherdiamondtools.com.
The cost of shipping international orders will be estimated at the time of checkout. Typically, these cost estimates are accurate; however, in the occurrence a discrepancy arises GDT retains the right to adjust shipping costs to accurately cover GDT shipping expenses.
GDT requires payment in full by either US bank money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express prior to shipment. Paypal payments are also accepted.
